The Printer Killer
Client called saying that the printer in his office was dead; this is hard to believe seeing how I just installed it three days ago. I walk over to the client's office and sure enough it was dead a new Deskjet, so I replace it for the client and test the printer it works just great. Two days later the client calls back saying the printer is broken again...
