The Doppelganger Printer
A hardware request came in one day regarding a printer. It was put in as an urgent since the user gravely needed to print out these certificates ASAP, and she couldn't since her printer had a jam.
I went to the user's office to find the HP 6122 blinking away alerting of a paper jam...
